Shipping policy

Shipping & Tracking Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During high-volume releases, restocks, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, average delivery times are:

  • US Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (varies by location and customs)

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen global events.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package is shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving the notification.

If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-verified deliveries.

International Orders / Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes once the package reaches your country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items 

If an item is listed as pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page.
Any in-stock items purchased with a pre-order will ship together unless stated otherwise.

Returns Due to Non-Pickup

If the carrier marks your package as “Unclaimed,” “Returned to Sender,” or “Refused,” the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs. Refunds will not be issued for refused packages.

Order Issues

If you have an issue with your order (missing item, defective product, wrong size, etc.), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
